This Go Digital Warehouse website (www.godigitalwarehouse.co.uk) is provided by DC DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (referred to as “Go Digital Warehouse/Go Digital/we/our/us”). As a user of this website on behalf of the business you represent (referred to as “you/your”), you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (“use/using”) via this website are subject to the terms and conditions below.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website (or any part) at any time without notice.
By using this website as a trade customer you confirm that you are doing so in the course of business and not as a consumer and have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.
You agree to ensure that your registration details are up to date and accurate and to update any details when necessary using the My Account page on the website. You agree not open multiple accounts without prior written consent from Go Digital.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse any application to register and access the website services and to temporarily or indefinitely suspend any registered members.
You are responsible for keeping your personal user name and password secure and confidential. You should not share, display, disclose or permit your user name or password to be disclosed to any other party.
If you believe that your user name and/or password has become known to another person or you are aware of any breach of security regarding the online services, then you must notify us as soon as possible.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations concerning your use of the website.
The Go Digital Warehouse Site is open to all UK residents aged 18 or older.
Product Grading (Condition)
What is graded stock?
Our products are not considered ‘Brand New’ products, they are considered Graded products. A product can become classed as Graded in several ways. Most big guys out there, John Lewis, Tesco, Curry’s and so on all offer 30-day return policies. This can be anything from an unwanted gift, a change of mind from the customer or even the wrong colour of an item. Once the product has been opened from its original packaging, the sellers are no longer able to resell the item as brand new. This is where we come in.
Whilst the products are Graded, essentially its often a brand new item in fantastic condition, simply returned as unwanted and picked up by ourselves for resale. This means that we can bring you a great product at a great price, saving you a huge amount of money in the process! With almost 30 years of experience dealing in Graded products, we’re confident you will be delighted. All products are technically tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Before sale, all items undergo a comprehensive quality control process by our engineers. In most cases the item will be supplied with its original packaging. If the original packaging is not supplied we will supply other secure packaging to keep the item well protected in transit. All items sold at Go Digital carry either a free 5 year or 12 month ‘return to base’ warranty provided by ourselves (unless otherwise stated). Our guarantee on all our products demonstrates our confidence in each product we sell. This really is an amazing way to save hundreds off “Brand New” prices without sacrificing any of the quality or performance!
TV AND PC GRADING
- Grade A
Graded item or ex display & complete with all essential accessories (Remote and power cables), Mostly open box products where they are just re checked by us but have never been used. These items will be unsealed and have been checked by the manufacturer and ourselves. In rare cases, some items may have very minor marks has they have been subject to handling and processing. Most items are supplied with manuals however if they are missing please go to the manufacturer’s website for your product and you will be able to download a copy in PDF to print. In rare cases, we may replace the packaging for the security of the item in transit, however, these will be supplied in the original packing on most occasions.
- Grade B
Graded product that is in full working order (unless otherwise stated) may show signs of wear and TV’S may have more significant scratches on the screen or plastics. Minor screen defects (screen burn etc.) are to be expected, email before purchase if you require images. TV’S come complete with main remote control only. May not be in original boxes. Grade B items are sold on a “as-seen” basis, and are unable to be returned for are refund in any event. Grade B items are sold with a 12 month warranty, for any undisclosed fault, not part of the grading description.
Please note: As our products are graded TV units do not come with the serial number’s stickers on the back. Manufacturers themselves take off the serial numbers on the products before shipping to us. This is to ensure customers do not return items in store for an RRP refund. Your serial number will be in the menu of the product.
THIS APPLIES TO ALL TV GRADES We will supply all the basic (essential) accessories i.e. remotes, power cables etc. Any other accessories such as cleaning cloths, adaptors, wall mounts, stands etc. may not be in the box when received by us, if this is the case we will only supply our customers with all essential accessories.
MOBILE PHONE GRADING
- GRADE A
These items have been inspected and are in as new condition complete with all essential accessories. These items will be unsealed and have been checked by the manufacturer and ourselves. The warranty is with us for one year from the date of purchase. Outer packing will not be sealed, and boxes may have stickers or other marks on them.
- Grade B
Graded product that is in full working order (unless otherwise stated) may show signs of wear and have scratches on the screen or plastics.Grade B items are sold on a “as-seen” basis, and are unable to be returned for are refund in any event. Grade B items are sold with a 12 month warranty, for any undisclosed fault, not part of the grading description.
Please note: As our products are graded the serial/IMEI number on the back will be removed. Manufacturers themselves take off the serial numbers on the products before shipping to us. This is to ensure customers do not return items in store for a RRP refund. Your serial/IMEI number will be in the menu of the product.
APPLE PRODUCTS – All graded Apple products sold through our site, are sold without any accessories. We will supply purely the handset, however no other accessories are included.
ESSENTIAL ACCESSORIES – Essential accessories for the mobile phones we sell would be the charging plug and the USB charging cable. This what you can expect to be included on all of the phones we sell, regardless of the grade. Any other accessories such as headphones etc. may be included but this is not guaranteed.
If we run out of any particular colour/model on a item we will supply you the nearest equivalent available.
No statement made by any person as to the quality or condition of any merchandise on offer is to be relied upon for the purpose of making an offer to purchase.
All merchandise is sold on “not seen” basis If you do wish to inspect the merchandise offered for sale this may be possible in certain circumstances. In these instances, you must contact the Go Digital Clearance Team before purchase. Where feasible they will endeavour to accommodate your request.
In the event that it is proven to Go Digital Warehouse reasonable satisfaction that product(s) sold to you under these terms and conditions have been re-sold by you or a third party including and sales through eBay and Amazon without all references to Go Digital Warehouse having been removed prior to such re-sale, then without prejudice to any other rights or remedies Go Digital Warehouse may have, you shall be liable to Go Digital Warehouse to the value of the jobbing parcel sold by Go Digital Warehouse to you within which the product(s) where all references to Go Digital Warehouse had not been removed comprised a part thereof.
You undertake that no merchandise purchased will consequently be resold directly to consumers within half a mile of Go Digital Warehouse.
In the event that it is proven to Go Digital Warehouse reasonable satisfaction that product(s) sold to you under these terms and conditions have been re-sold in breach of this condition, then without prejudice to any other rights or remedies Go Digital Warehouse may have, you shall be liable to Go Digital Warehouse to the value of the jobbing parcel sold by Go Digital Warehouse to you.
In the unlikely event that any electronic item/s purchased contain any personal data from previous users/owners then this data must be deleted prior to any subsequent resale’. Any use of such data by you, your employees or associates for any purposes other than immediate deletion is in breach of the data protection act and may lead to remedial action, including the blocking of any further purchases from this site.
We will confirm by email the estimated delivery date within 2 – 3 working days of you making your purchase with us.
Delivery times on our items are between 1-7 working days.
During busier periods, delivery can take up to 7 – 10 working days.
Smaller items (Televisions up to 43″) – These items will be delivered by general small items courier. You will receive notification and tracking via email once the item has been dispatched.
Larger items (Televisions over 43″) – These items will be delivered by a specialist 2 man delivery courier. This will ensure that you receive the product in the same first-class condition as we send it. You will be advised by us once the item has been dispatched, from that point the courier will contact you directly to book in your delivery on a date which best suits your needs.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we are reliant on traffic etc. so cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. All delivery times are estimates. Drivers will only deliver goods to the ground floor. All deliveries are purely a Drop off service only. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by a delay in delivering goods.
When preparing items ordered for delivery, we will provide you with the product ordered through our site. In occasions where their might be issues with stock etc. we might send a different variation from the model ordered, so as it is of identical spec and/or a free upgrade from the product ordered.

Please note dependent on the size we may be unable to delivery your item to some of the above postal codes and you may need to arrange your own collection and/or pay an additional fee. Please enquire before completing your purchase.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. We will inform the customer of a tentative delivery date. If the customer agrees to wait for delivery, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of their order. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed timescale, the customer will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. Depending on the circumstances we may charge a missed delivery charge of £59.99. If an item is refused, yet it is fully as described, we will charge £59.99 for the delivery.

Please note trade transactions conducted b2b do not have a 14 day cooling of period. All sales are final.
No returns will be accepted and no credit will be allowed for previously undiscovered defects or discrepancies in description. All purchases made trade to trade cannot be cancelled for a full refund under any circumstance. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have to the extent that such rights are not excluded or limited under these terms and conditions.
Please note – as soon as a company name is entered into the BILLING details of your order, as this section is not mandatory and can only be inputted by the customer, the order will be classed as a trade purchase, regardless on how it is paid, or any other information.
Trade purchases from the website are sold as ‘trade’ and as such are not covered by legislation that protects non trade consumers. Regardless of the classification of the stock parcel on sale, all merchandise sold on this site is sold without any form of warranty or guarantee. Full liability for any future issues with all merchandise will sit with the purchaser from this site and not Go Digital Warehouse. As a perspective purchaser you need to consider these facts before bidding and reflect this is any bid that you make. Unless specifically covered by another term set out within these terms and conditions you will NOT be compensated if products develop a fault after resale by you to a third party or during future usage by you.
Under no circumstances must any product purchased through this site be returned to an Go Digital Warehouse retail store or other retail outlet owned by Go Digital Warehouse (either online or physical location) for an attempted refund or exchange. Any such occurrence will be treated as fraud or attempted fraud, and Trade Electronics will vigorously pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by the law in these circumstances.
Products sold through this site may be discreetly marked prior to sale by Go Digital Warehouse in such a way as to allow identification in our retail stores. In the event of fraud Go Digital Warehouse may also use civil proceedings to recover the full cost of the fraud, including all investigation and administration costs. It is your responsibility to explicitly pass this condition on to any customers who purchase stock from you.
