Right to cancel

When you purchase on our website you enter into a contract between us Go Digital Warehouse and the purchaser named on the invoice.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of delivery.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by using the attached model cancellation form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

VERY IMPORTANT IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN USED IN ANY WAY AND ARE NOT IN THE CONDITION AS SUPPLIED WE WILL MAKE A DEDUCTION OFF THE REFUND DUE TO THE DIMINISHED VALUE OF THE GOODS RETURNED TO US. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT WE RECEIVE THE GOODS BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than—

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at

UNIT B1 Willis Way Poole Dorset BH15 3SS without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.”

(b) You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.”;

(c)  You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the functioning of the goods.”

RETURNS PROCEDURE 
On all  TV returns, please ensure the item is packed securely in its original box without the stand in front of the screen and sufficient packing on the screen to avoid damage in transit. Any items sent back are at your risk. Extra insurance on the item being returned is recommended. Please ensure you include one copy of the above form is included with the return.

When the item is received by us, it will be booked the warehouse for inspection. If the item returned is as it was supplied a full refund will be given within 7 – 14 working days of us receiving this return.

If in the unlikely event the goods recieved from us have a fault or is not as described (e.g. wrong product etc.) then it is usual practice that the postage costs you incur in returning the goods is covered by us. If a manager authorises a postage refund, you will need to provide us with a clear invoice/receipt from the delivery courier used to return the goods. We have caps in place for postage refunds. Please see these below –

Small Appliances (Mobile phones, Tablets, Laptops etc.) – £9.99

Televisions/Monitors (Up to 43″) – £19.99

Large Televisions/Appliances ( TV’S Over 43″, Washing Machines etc.) – £59.99

We will not cover postage over these caps in any event.

If you would like to return your item through your warranty (after your 14 day  period) the return has to be authorised by one of the managers. To get a return authorised, you will need to email in to us. We will contact you ASAP to let you know if your return has been authorised. Please Note – any returns sent back to us after the 14 day period without a managers authorisation will be refused and sent back to the customer.
