This website (www.godigitalwarehouse.co.uk) is provided by DC DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (referred to as “Go Digital Warehouse/Go Digital/we/our/us”). As a user of this website on behalf of the business you represent (referred to as “you/your”), you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (“use/using”) via this website are subject to the terms and conditions below and the Go Digital Warehouse.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company, by continuing to use the service you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in its current format. We may update these terms and conditions at any time.
Right to cancel
When you purchase on our website you enter into a contract between us Go Digital Warehouse and the purchaser named on the invoice.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of delivery.
To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than—
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, if payment has been made by bank transfer, a refund will be processed and sent via cheque to the billing details on the order.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at

On all TV returns, please ensure the item is packed securely in its original box without the stand in front of the screen and sufficient packing on the screen to avoid damage in transit. Any items sent back are at your risk. Extra insurance on the item being returned is recommended. Please ensure you include one copy of the above form with the return.

When the item is received by us, it will be booked the warehouse for inspection. If the item returned is as it was supplied a full refund will be given within 7 – 14 working days of us receiving this return.
If you have received goods and you are excising your right to return an unwanted item within 14 days, you can also take the item(s) to our address personally or arrange a return using your own courier at your own risk but if you do so please read our terms regarding packing items and using insurance.
Large items and TV: If in the unlikely event the goods received from us have a fault or is not as described (e.g. wrong product etc.) Please send an email or call 01202 879077. Our representative will book a collection for you. On inspection if we find the item has been returned without a fault or is as described we will charge a collection fee of £59.99 against your refund. If an item has been used and personal data added, we may levy a usage charge.
Any missing accessories on returns will be charged at their replacement trade value from the manufacturer.
Collections will be completed within 10 working days. If you prefer You can also take the item(s) to our address personally or arrange a return using your own courier at your own risk but if you do so, please read the previous terms regarding packing items and using insurance.
Small items and phones can be returned by courier and we will refund the return cost.
Product Grading (Condition)
What is graded stock?
Our products are not considered ‘Brand New’ products, they are considered Graded products. A product can become classed as Graded in several ways. Most big guys out there all offer 30-day return policies. This can be anything from an unwanted gift, a change of mind from the customer or even the wrong colour of an item. Once the product has been opened from its original packaging, the sellers are no longer able to resell the item as brand new. This is where we come in.
Whilst the products are Graded, essentially its often a brand-new item in fantastic condition, simply returned as unwanted and picked up by ourselves for resale. This means that we can bring you a great product at a great price, saving you a huge amount of money in the process! With almost 30 years of experience dealing in Graded products, we’re confident you will be delighted. For that reason, we offer you a 14 day no quibble returns policy and Free Five Years Guarantee on all TV’S purchased from us. All products are technically tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Before sale, all items undergo a comprehensive quality control process by our engineers. In most cases the item will be supplied with its original packaging. If the original packaging is not supplied, we will supply other secure packaging to keep the item well protected in transit. All items sold at Go Digital Warehouse carry either a free 5 year or 12 months ‘return to base’ warranty provided by ourselves (unless otherwise stated). Our guarantee on all our products demonstrates our confidence in each product we sell. This really is an amazing way to save hundreds off “Brand New” prices without sacrificing any of the quality or performance!
TV AND PC GRADING
- Grade A
Graded item or ex display & complete with all essential accessories (Remote and power cables), Mostly open box products where they are just re checked by us but have never been used. These items will be unsealed and have been checked by the manufacturer and ourselves. In rare cases, some items may have very minor marks has they have been subject to handling and processing. Most items are supplied with manuals however if they are missing please go to the manufacturer’s website for your product and you will be able to download a copy in PDF to print. In rare cases, we may replace the packaging for the security of the item in transit, however, these will be supplied in the original packing on most occasions.
- Grade B
Graded product that is in full working order (unless otherwise stated) may show signs of wear and TV’S may have more significant scratches on the screen or plastics. TV’S come complete with main remote control only. May not be in original boxes.
Please note: As our products are graded TV units do not come with the serial number’s stickers on the back. Manufacturers themselves take off the serial numbers on the products before shipping to us. This is to ensure customers do not return items in store for an RRP refund. Your serial number will be in the menu of the product.
THIS APPLIES TO ALL TV GRADES We will supply all the basic (essential) accessories i.e. remotes, power cables etc. Any other accessories such as cleaning cloths, adaptors may not be in the box when received by us, if this is the case we will supply our customers with all essential accessories.
MOBILE PHONE GRADING
- GRADE A
These items are new that have been inspected and are in as new condition complete with all essential accessories. These items will be unsealed and have been checked by the manufacturer and ourselves. The warranty is with us for one year from the date of purchase. Outer packing will not be sealed, and boxes may have stickers or other marks on them.
- Grade B
Graded product that is in full working order (unless otherwise stated) may show signs of wear and have scratches on the screen or plastics.
Please note: As our products are graded the serial/IMEI number on the back will be removed. Manufacturers themselves take off the serial numbers on the products before shipping to us. This is to ensure customers do not return items in store for a RRP refund. Your serial/IMEI number will be in the menu of the product.
ESSENTIAL ACCESSORIES – Essential accessories for the mobile phones we sell would be the charging plug and the USB charging cable. This what you can expect to be included on all of the phones we sell, regardless of the grade. Any other accessories such as headphones etc. may be included but this is not guaranteed.
Free Standard Delivery
We will confirm by email the estimated delivery date.
Small items i.e. phones, laptops or computers will be sent by one of our parcel couriers.
Delivery times on these items are between 1-7 working days.
Televisions over 32” will be delivered by our own fleet of vehicles and drivers. This will ensure that you receive the product in the same first-class condition as we send it. Delivery times on these specialist items is between 7-10 working days.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we are reliant on traffic etc. so cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. All delivery times are estimates. On screens over 49” the delivery driver will require assistance lifting the item into your property. Our drivers will only deliver goods to the ground floor. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by a delay in delivering goods.

If you live within one of the following postcode districts below or outside of the UK we offer a collection only service for items over 32″. You will need to book a courier for collection or collect personally on items over 32″.
BT, IM, PA, PH, IV, KW, HS, ZE, TR12, PO38, 39, 40, 41, GY. Please note dependent on the size we may be unable to delivery your item to some of the above postal codes and you may need to arrange your own collection. Please enquire before completing your purchase.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. We will inform the customer of a tentative delivery date. If the customer agrees to wait for delivery, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of their order. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed timescale, the customer will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. Orders will be delivered by our drivers between 8.00 am – 9.00 pm 7 days a week. We will initially give you an estimated delivery date. You will then receive an email note on your order confirming your exact date a minimum of 48 hours before delivery. If this is not suitable please notify us by email 24 hours before delivery. The day before delivery our driver will text the number on your order to give you an AM or PM delivery slot. If our delivery agent fails to receive a response at the arranged delivery time the goods will be returned to our depot. You can then either book your own collection or we can re book you in. Depending on the circumstances we may charge a missed delivery charge of £59.99. If an item is refused, yet it is fully as described, we will charge £59.99 for the delivery, this will either have to be paid before we re-deliver or it will be deducted from a refund.
We’re sorry that adverse weather conditions may or could affect our delivery service
We cannot stress enough how important it is to check your order on delivery.
Upon delivery, we ask you to give your product(s) a cosmetic/condition check as any damage needs to be reported in the presence of the driver. This does not take more than 5 minutes to pop open the box and do. As LED screens are delicate and made of glass we recommend you check the screen for cracks. Once a signature has been recorded by our delivery driver and any damage stated afterwards is not covered by insurance. After we receive a signature the agreement is that the goods have been left in your care. If you refuse the goods they will be returned to our depot.
Our warranty does not cover screen damage on TVs such as developing pixel lines, patches, block lines back light bleed or cracks including impact damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All original packaging should be kept for your product as this is required for returning the item to us. It is your responsibility to package the item in a safe way, suitable for courier transport.
We advise you to check the products as soon as they are delivered so that any problems can be raised with the delivery drivers immediately. They carry spare remote controls and power cables so if by chance they are missing the delivery driver can assist you at that time.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.
You may examine the goods as you would do when purchasing in a shop. You have a duty to take care of the goods. Cancelled orders where the goods are returned used, damaged, worn, scratched, modified or missing any of the supplied equipment and accessories, will have a deduction made from any refund.
We recommend that goods should be sent by a recorded method of delivery as proof of return may be required. They should also be insured in case the goods are damaged during return transit.
You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until they are received and accepted back into our warehouse. If you do not use insurance and the goods are damaged or go missing,you are fully liable for the cost of the goods. If we have a suspicion that the item has been damaged in return transit, we hold the right to check the item before accepting delivery, if we are not able to do this, the goods will be refused and sent back to the sender.
If an item has been returned to us not as we supplied it, we will hold the goods in our warehouse for 90 days. This gives the customer approximately 90 days to organise collection of their damaged goods from our warehouse, if these goods are collected within this 90 day period, we will dispose of the goods. We highly recommend that you use the original packaging as this will help prevent any damage in transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to obtain relevant packing materials to ensure the goods are packed appropriately for safe transit. Any missing items will be charged to you so please make sure these are returned at the same time.
You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.
On rare occasions products may develop a fault. Our flexible no fuss policy for dealing with faulty goods is intended to ensure you get the fastest resolution possible and minimise the time you are without a working item.
Our policy for dealing with faulty items differs depending when the fault happens and applies only to goods sent to the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.

Please Note – If any goods supplied by us are attempted to be repaired by a third party or have been opened up/tampered with, we are unable to honour this warranty as this would’ve been voided. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT DAMAGE
Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. If damage is noticed at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver at no cost to yourself.
As with all new purchases, we understand that you will want to open and test your item as soon as it arrives. It’s very important that you report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to us as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery. If this isn’t possible, we consider it reasonable to check/test your items fully within 48 Hours. You MUST advise us of any damage to your item within 48 hours of taking delivery, if you do not intend to use your goods immediately, please open and inspect/test them fully before storing. If this is not done, we will be unable to have the item back as a return for a refund/exchange.
NOTE: Do not try to fit an item/appliance if it is damaged without calling for advice first. If you are responsible for any further physical damage to the item, you will be charged – Consumers returning goods bought at a distance or off-premises will be liable for any diminished value of returned goods that results from the consumer handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check them.
Refunds for goods that are to be returned will be completed within 14 days of the goods being accepted in to our warehouse. Refunds for cancelled orders will be completed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
If your payment is made by credit or debit card we will refund back to your original card. If payment has been made by bank transfer, a refund will be processed and sent via cheque to the billing details on the order.
